Our Ask the Expert service provides unlimited online access to our panel of Health & Safety and Human Resource expert consultants who offer personalised support for any tricky situations or complex issues they may be facing, with a maximum 24 hr response time, available Monday - Friday.

You will be notified by email that the Expert's response is ready and safely stored on the site in your own personal area, that only you can access. Here you will be able to see not only the response to your latest ATE but the full details of the last 10 you submitted. All questions are answered no matter how unique or particular.
